Warranty

Source LLC provides a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing flaws, to be determined at our discretion and subject to the following conditions:.

You must be the original consumer.
The item in question must be sent to Source LLC with sufficient postage, on submission of the purchase receipt.
You must have purchased the product through Source-tea.com or Source LLC authorized retailers.
You must have purchased and used the product in the United States.
You must provide the original sales receipt for proof of purchase.
You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions provided on the website.

Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper care, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
Normal wear and tear.
Failure to follow all cleaning instructions.
Failure to comply with any safeguards listed in the instructions of the product or this warranty.
Damage other than damage to the item in question is not covered by this warranty.
